St. John’s Memorial Garden

Celebrating 25 years

A Place of Rest

The memorial garden is designed to be a place of rest for both the living and the dead.

Our garden mound is a burial mound. The back wall of our building has leaves with the names of both people buried in the memorial garden and deceased loved ones whom we want to hold close.
You may learn more by viewing our policies and procedures.

A Place of Joy

The fountain in the memorial garden is used for baptisms if the family desires, and is often a place of play for children.

We encourage children and adults to enjoy the garden. Many weekdays, we find families exploring the garden together. Our garden is also home to a Tinkergarten class, which teaches young children to explore and enjoy the outdoors.

A Place of Prayer

You are invited to pray in this space, whether that’s in the galaxy, reflecting with the hands of prayer rock, sitting in contemplation at the cross mount, or in worship services held in the garden throughout the year.
